Recognize common compliance risks (e.g., bid-rigging, deceptive marketing, abuse of dominance).
Learn how to build a culture of compliance using free tools from the Bureau’s Compliance Hub.
Bio: Amy Hill is a Senior Competition Law Officer with the Competition Bureau’s Compliance and Outreach Unit, based in the Vancouver Regional Office. She works with businesses of all sizes to promote compliance with the Competition Act and has contributed to major investigations and efforts to reduce regulatory barriers to competition. Amy is a published author who has testified before a Parliamentary Committee, and she holds a law degree and Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University.
