Account Information

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your password, click this link.

My business or enterprising not-for-profit is now grossing more than $15,000/year. How do I upgrade my account to access more free services?

This option is in your account dashboard.

  1. Log into your myCF account.
  2. Look below your available services, there is a red button marked “Account Upgrade”.
  3. Complete the application.

Workshops

Where can I find Workshop handouts?

In the “My Activities” part of your account.

  1. Log into your myCF Account.
  2. Open the "My Activities" Page.
  3. Find the Workshop by name and go to the "Handouts" column to download the file(s).

Handout upload dates vary.

Where can I find Workshop recordings?

In the “My Activities” part of your account.

  1. Log into your myCF Account.
  2. Open the "My Activities" Page.
  3. Find the Workshop by name and go to the ”Recordings” column to access the file.
Why isn’t there a recording of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Workshop?

We apologize, but the CRA does not permit recording of its workshops, citing privacy concerns due to the sensitive nature of the workshop. We inform workshop participants ahead of time in the workshop description before registration, and again in the registration emails.

Where is my Event Calendar showing the Workshops I’ve signed up for?

In the “My Activities” part of your account.

  1. Log into your myCF Account.
  2. Open the "My Activities" Page.

A link is also provided in the workshop signup confirmation/registration email.

Business Training Reimbursement

My dashboard shows the Business Training Reimbursement. Has $5,000 been set aside for me?

No, you need to complete an application form for the Business Training Reimbursement. If your application is approved, the amount of funding approved for reimbursement may vary from the amount requested.

My training request for the Business Training Reimbursement (BTR) was declined. What does this mean?

It is likely that the request did not meet our eligibility requirements.
