Offered for the first time on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, this workshop celebrates the strengths and insights you bring to the table. Join us on Zoom for an empowering session on building a business that works with—not against—your body, brain, and life. We’ll explore why self-employment can offer unique access and agency, how to harness your lived experience as a professional asset, and practical ways to design for sustainability and prevent burnout. You’ll leave with real-life examples, actionable tools, and the encouragement to define success on your own terms.

Bio: Jenine Lillian (Jenine, they/them) is an #ActuallyAutistic neurodiversity consultant and educator, artist, writer, and librarian. For three decades, Jenine has taught information literacy and professional development in the United States and Canada. After receiving a very late-in-life diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Dyslexia, Jenine started their neurodiversity consultancy to raise awareness, reduce stigma and increase inclusion for neurodiversity and other invisible disabilities.
