Program Structure
Week 1: Understanding AI and Its Business Applications
• What is AI? Explore the basics of artificial intelligence, including how it works and the role of machine learning and language models
• The Power of AI in Business: Discuss real-world examples of how AI is transforming branding, marketing, and strategy
• Identifying Your Use Case: Define the specific functions your AI assistant will serve, whether it’s brand strategy, customer engagement, or process automation
Week 2: Designing Your AI Persona
• Creating the Persona: Learn to customize your AI’s tone, expertise, and personality to align with your brand
• Training Your AI: Discover how to shape your AI’s responses using real-life examples, strategic insights, and your unique value proposition
• Hands-On Practice: Begin building your AI persona and testing its capabilities
Week 3: Building AI Workflows and Crafting Effective Prompts
• Integrating AI into Daily Operations: Learn how to streamline tasks like competitor analysis, content creation, and customer interactions using AI
• Prompt Engineering: Master the art of crafting prompts that guide your AI to produce clear, actionable outputs
• Workshop and Feedback: Collaborate with peers to refine workflows and prompts, sharing insights and lessons learned
Week 4: Scaling and Applying Your AI Strategy
• Testing and Iterating: Optimize your AI persona’s performance through feedback and adjustments
• Scaling Your AI Assistant: Discover how to use your AI for advanced tasks like creating client strategies, conducting market research, or crafting high-level brand plans
• Presenting Your AI Persona: Participants showcase their customized AI and share the results they’ve achieved during the program
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the program, participants will have:
A fully customized AI brand assistant tailored to their business goals
A clear understanding of how to use AI for branding, marketing, and operational efficiency
A set of tested workflows and prompts to maximize their AI’s value
A peer support network for continued learning and growth
Bio: Serena Neumerschitsky is Owner and Principal Consultant of SEA45 Compliance, Consult & Creative, a Canadian Digital Marketing & Management Firm that coaches small businesses, not for profits, government projects, and educational institutes through navigating, optimizing, and streamlining business identities in the digital economy.
As a lover of all things design and mentoring Serena has a degree in Fashion, Design and Technology, from The Wilson School of Design, and has shared that knowledge building and teaching Design and Technology programs at The Wilson School of Design, LaSalle College Vancouver, Okanagan College, and North Island College.
Before devoting herself to education and entrepreneurism full time, Serena spent a decade in apparel working with brands such as MEC, Cannondale, Sugoi, Sport Chek, Atmosphere, Canadian Tire, Mark’s, Diadora, McKinley, Firefly, Huntshield, Woods, Outbound, Bootlegger, David Suzuki, Vancouver Canucks and many more.
