A strong start to 2025 can set the tone for explosive growth throughout the year. Strategy is crucial, but it’s your mindset that will truly transform your business. Let’s set you up for success and create the momentum you need to make 2025 your year.
The kick off will be a 90 minute masterclass, and all following sessions will support businesses to create action plans based on the training.
We will be covering:
Evaluating 2024 - What are the facts? Evaluating metrics
Understanding what worked and what didn't work. Stopping what didn't work. Doing more of what did
Setting the goal (Revenue & Results)
Developing the action plan
Overcoming setbacks and roadblocks
Self-Coaching for success. Work-shopping the short-term results
Learning Outcomes:
The business owner will have a clear path moving forward of what their focus will be for the first quarter of 2025. They will understand what is working in their business and they will take action on things that are working and things they are testing. With the masterclass and subsequent coaching/masterminding days, the business owner will develop confidence in themselves to carry on this plan for the next 3 months and into 2025.
