Workplace harassment and violence impacts over 70% of employees in Canada. 1 in 5 violent incidents (including physical assault, sexual assault and robbery) occur in the workplace. Employers have a legal duty to protect the mental and physical health of employees, this includes protection from harassment and violence.

Bio: Emma Hull is The Confidence Coach. Featured on television, radio, podcasts, and as a magazine columnist, Emma has decades of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring successful individuals.
Born in England, Emma attended University in London and then spent 3 years backpacking around the world. Upon her return, Emma worked in Bristol for a decade honing her leadership skills before relocating to Vancouver in 2007. Emma was employed in British Columbia and Nunavut in a variety of management and executive roles, guiding and mentoring countless successful individuals to do more and be more than they imagined.
Committed to personal and professional development, her extensive professional training includes organizational behaviour, project management, conflict resolution, communication, somatic therapy, life coaching, yoga, forest bathing, and reiki.
