Team building creates bonds and connections. Creating these inter-team bonds increases communication, planning skills, motivation, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict management. It supports team members thinking of the implications of their actions and reactions in their workplace. As the team grows stronger, longer-term impacts include building genuine connections, deeper conversations and processing information in a way that supports the team goals and not just the individual ones.

In this workshop we will discover:

  • What Motivation really is
  • Teamwork and its stages
  • Engagement … why and how

Learning Outcomes:

Learn and understand:

  • The stages of teams and how to identify them
  • Where your team is and why they are there
  • How to move forward to the next level
