The second session builds on the established goals, guiding participants in creating detailed action plans and introducing tools to monitor progress. It includes practical exercises like role-playing to anticipate challenges and provides an opportunity for peer feedback and accountability discussions. This structure ensures a comprehensive understanding of goal-setting and practical application for small business owners.
