Men have a 24 hour energy and hormone cycle. Women have a 28 day cycle. We cannot plan our time the same way as men (expecting to have the same energy every day). Understanding your energy allows you to better plan your business activities for planning, networking and promoting, doing detailed work, and reflecting and learning. Changing your key activities each week to align with your energy can significantly increase productivity and reduce stress.
- How hormone changes effect women's energy and focus.
- How to plan activities to better align with your energy each week.
- Signs of hormone imbalance and burnout, and how to pivot to correct both.
Learning Outcomes:
This workshop on time management for women in business focuses on empowering female professionals to optimize their productivity by aligning their schedules with their natural energy cycles. Participants will gain insights into leveraging their hormones as a tool for enhanced efficiency, resilience, and overall well-being, ultimately fostering a healthier work-life balance in the demanding world of business.
