Pricing your products or services can feel like one of the most challenging aspects of business ownership! Determine value pricing for your products or services to ensure profitability with the guidance of Andrew Gregson. This peer mastermind cohort will be based on Andrew's workshop "How to Price for Profit" Which will be delivered as the first session on Aug 19. Please note that other than the workshop, live peer mastermind sessions are not recorded. Ensure you can join the live sessions and fully participate.

Over the course of five sessions, implement a pricing policy that reflects your marketing strategy, including:

  • developing an effective value proposition
  • implement the pricing ‘Goldilocks effect’ to avoid discounting
  • learn how to sell your price

Please plan to commit roughly 8 hours (2 hours between each session) to work on your pricing plan.

Learning Outcomes:

Learn how to take the guesswork out of pricing your products or services and set prices that allow your business to maximize profitability.

"Determining new product pricing has completely transformed my business. I could not have done this without the support I received from Andrew during the Peer Cohort sessions that gave me a valuable opportunity to put his theory to practice, as well as meet and learn from others. His patience, and especially his review of our final homework assignment, made all the difference. Thank you, Andrew, for all that you do to help us succeed!" - Carol
