Join Investment Advisor Jackie Van Vliet to learn about ways to pay yourself from your business, personal investment options to get your money working for you, and saving for retirement as an entrepreneur. Work on strategies to increase the profit in your business through tax savings and investments.
General Workshop Outline:
Creating financial goals and budgets.
Basics of investing.
Retirement planning as a business owner.

Learn how to get the most out of your business earnings by using tax strategies, investing, and proper retirement and transition planning.
Bio: Jackie grew up in the Lower Mainland, and graduated from Trinity Western University in 2010. After a successful career in marketing and sales, she joined CIBC Wood Gundy in 2021, and is Securities and Life Insurance licensed. Jackie gets to know her clients on a deeper level to uncover what their unique purpose for their wealth is. She becomes her clients' financial quarterback, bringing in strategic partners to address their wealth needs, and put them on track to achieve their goals and live a life they love. Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys skiing and hiking in Sun Peaks, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
