Most of us really do not put energy into ourselves; we focus our energy on the tasks and projects in front of us. When we look introspectively at ourselves and our circle of influence and leadership, we learn how to grow and become who we are capable of becoming. As we understand more about who we are and why we are, our potential becomes more accessible.
Attendees will learn about their strengths and actions and in turn, grow into the person and the leader they wish to be. This session will provide a solid foundation on which to build the life and direction YOU wish and not the one that we conform to based on outside influences.
Learning Outcomes:
• Reflect on and clarify personal purpose, vision and values.
• Challenge assumptions and personal roadblocks.
• Discover how Self-Leadership and Emotional Intelligence work together.
• Examine interrelated personal mastery domains.
