Bio: Fernanda Gonzalez is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and Founder & CEO of El Camino Immigration Services Inc., a firm that supports Canadian employers, individuals, and families navigating the immigration process. With over 23 years of experience in business, finance, and immigration consulting, she specializes in helping employers hire temporary foreign workers and assisting clients with permanent residence, family sponsorship, and citizenship applications.
Since founding El Camino in 2018, her firm has managed more than 600 immigration cases with a 98% approval rate. Fernanda holds multiple credentials in immigration law and business immigration and is licensed as a Foreign Worker Recruiter in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
