Turning Difficult Conversations into Opportunities for Growth

In this dynamic, skills-focused workshop, participants will learn how to express themselves with clarity and confidence while building stronger, more respectful relationships. Through interactive activities and practical strategies, you'll develop assertiveness to speak up effectively, explore conflict resolution techniques that turn disagreements into productive conversations, and learn how to build trust and rapport for open communication. You'll also strengthen your ability to stay composed under pressure, enhancing both personal and professional interactions.

Learning Outcomes:

ROBERTA SAWATZKY
Roberta Sawatzky

Bio: Roberta E Sawatzky is a Leadership Coach and Consultant, former business professor, blogger, International Speaker, and avid traveller with a special interest in flexible working. Using a strengths approach, she coaches individuals and teams as they navigate the many changes and transitions so prevalent in today’s working contexts.

Her experience of childhood immigration to Canada would solidify her interest in cross-cultural contact, international travel, and processes of immersion and assimilation. She continued to nurture this interest while pursuing international research into the characteristics of flexible working contexts.
