Bio: Amanda Hess is a Certified Life Coach and the founder of the Love Yourself No Matter What coaching community. She specializes in helping neurodivergent women and emotionally intense individuals understand how their brains work — and how to thrive because of it, not in spite of it. As a former corporate leader turned coach, Amanda brings a unique blend of real-world business experience and emotional intelligence to her workshops. She’s passionate about helping leaders create workplaces where everyone feels supported, understood, and empowered to do their best work.
